  • 12-15 Close Grip Bench Pres  @30X1 + 30 seconds Rest
  • 12-15 Single Arm Bent Over Row @ 30X1 + 30 seconds Rest
  • 10 Burpees AFAP (as fast as possible)

EMOM / 15 Minutes:

  • Minute 1 – FLR (45 seconds)
  • Minute 2 – Sorens0n Hold (0:45 seconds)
  • Minute 3 – 8 Sprawl Box Jumps
